principles

these are some principles i would like to remember and implement personally.

when you’re in flow, stay in flow. don’t delay or pause.

yesterday, i was in a really good flow state while doing something. i wanted to do more but i decided not to. the next day i woke up, it was gone. the thing i was doing didn’t feel as interesting as it did yesterday. so, stay there as long as possible man.

research doesn't hurt : think bayesian

if you do some research (probably a first-principles approach) and gather some data, it might help you make better decisions. it's better than just guessing. sure, you might get a few guesses right, but in the long run (frequentist approach)? that's not a good strategy. hail bayesian theorem.

acceptance : don't resist

don't fight reality though knowing what's real is also hard to figure out sometimes. don't give up either.

if you can't change anything, build a framework so that you don't mess up next time. but if you can, just act. that's the only way around.
